CAPEX- Partially funded by the underwritten options imo.
Once the feasabilities are out I reckon they'll be able to get some form of debt at a decent rate due to the low OPEX. I just dont know if banks would be a little hesistant due to sovereign risk.
OPEX- Increased due to including both the sulphide and the oxide in this study (if I have read the data correctly).
This study is also done at a POG 20% less than the current price...
