"Once the definitive feasibility study is finished, we will move quickly to secure binding offtake agreements which will in turn enable us to push ahead with project development."
Highly desirable accomplishments (key words)...

- binding
- agreements (plural)
So having had more time to absorb this Urbix announcement, there's obviously plenty more needed to hit the brief that TR set at the beginning of the quarter.
