Hmmm ...I'm assuming THEY refers to the big shareholders - Tribe, Sietsma, McCusker, Barton, Hocking. So, talking to your advisor do you think that is a possibility/probability. Their behaviour to date has been respectful of smaller shareholders. With no premium they would need to soak up a further 1b shares (approx) to enforce compulsory acquisition (I think). They already account for about 60% so a further 30% to be bought to trigger compulsory. Do you think THEY would do that to shareholders? After nearly 18 years I wouldn't be at all happy to part with my shares at 6-7c. In fact I suspect I would be outraged if I was compelled to sell my shares at that price. You've made me very nervous.
