Successful completion of $80 million placement

Following the announcement on 18 December 2012 of acquisitions and a
placement, Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce the successful
completion of the $80m placement at a price of $0.88 per share.
Settlement and allotment of the new shares is expected to occur on 7 January
2013.
Details of the Share Purchase Plan of up to $20m will be sent to holders in
mid January 2013.
