Following its shareholder meeting giving approval for the Board to issue up
to $3 million of shares, BLIS Technologies Limited advises that pursuant to
its Share Placement it has today issued a further 10,000,000 fully paid
ordinary shares at $0.01 per share.
The new shares allotted today rank equally with the existing ordinary fully
paid shares on issue.
