Allotment of Shares
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) advises that it has today
undertaken placements at $0.25 per share and at $0.30 per share.
209,200 ordinary shares were issued at an issue price of $0.25 per share to
two qualified investors. This has resulted in CRP raising approximately
$52,300 in new capital. Although the current capital raising by the Company
is being undertaken at NZ$0.30 per share (USD $0.25 per share), it was agreed
in principle to undertake this placement at the Company's prior capital
raising price of $0.25 per share in August.
In addition the Company has placed 744,999 shares at an issue price of $0.30
per share to five qualified investors.
The combined placements have raised approximately $275,800 in new capital for
the Company.
