IKEGPS ATTRACTS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT;
REQUESTS TRADING HALT PENDING ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION
ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX: IKE) today announces that it has received a firm
expression of interest from an undisclosed offshore investor to invest NZ$0.5
million at NZ$0.81 per share, a 15% premium to the last traded price. ikeGPS
wishes to offer selected institutional and wholesale shareholders an
opportunity to participate on the same terms, and accordingly has requested a
trading halt until that process has been completed. Immediately prior to
this announcement ikeGPS filed a notice under clause 20(1)(a) of Schedule 8
to the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 for the purposes of
undertaking the placement.
