I won't be participating in this raise. I think the hand of Molton is forcing this raise to gain greater control of the company (and its quality assets) for peanuts, and hence why Perennial could have tried to stop it. Maybe to BOD had no real choice in this, given they have to pay for F5, and oil markets will probably deteriorate further once the current OPEC agreement ends next week and the oilpocalypse floods the world with cheap oil from next week
