NOT a sensible move .... 20mil market cap about to almost be diluted by 100% ... They have cash to complete GC ..... they also have the ability to pay for F5 through cashflow ...... It a disgrace.
5 MIll to sure up the balance sheet is ok 20mil is not! BOD need to pull their heads in .....Perennial will let the right issue take place then re issue the BDO change. I WILL BE VOTING FOR THEM THIS TIME (I wouldn't of only 3 weeks ago)
