    Working capital does not relate to what cash they had at the end of last quarter as per my earlier post :
    Working Capital = Current Assets - Current Liabilities

    One scenario is the management / directors or related entities threw the $105k in the tin.
    Extraordinarily small amount for a placement though, can't recall a placement $value this small ever but stand to be corrected.
