Thought I should word it differently. 13%pa becoming 6.5%pa because the loan is repaid early. Interest accrues/paid monthly? Loan forgiveness of $20k but interest for 6months would be ~$42k. So much amateur spin in that announcement to rally retail gamblers. Once a woofer always a woofer. Can't see this one doing much until there is a major shake up behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see how much the Chair buys on market now the trading window is open. Hope it plays out for holders but its surely a trade the trade stock for now.
