1:15 consolidation coming. Weird one this one, looks like it's a raise to set it up as a shell but no mention in use of funds of new business ventures etc. If Ed walks the plank after the raise we will know it's a shell, if not then we will know Thorney plan to keep torching others cash.
708 Capital were co lead when YOJ was vended in here. I wonder if they got all the clients out over time or if this raise is a way to get them set for an exit.
