So "strong growth in underlying businesses continues"
If that is the case, why have we (the owners) not been given an update? And why did the Annual Report deliberately not confirm the forecast profit and revenues contained in the July 22 announcement.
If the future is so bright, why have the Board given away shares at the bottom of the market to a whole bunch of NEW shareholder and a privileged group of MAJOR shareholders. WOW, we the long suffering little people get to buy 1 for every 20. So generous.
And if the outlook is so bright why repay our virtually insignificant debt. What are these people doing. Is this the Richardsons further increasing control without a takeover? Since they got involved the price has collapsed by 50%. And they produced a record loss. But let's not look after our long suffering little shareholders, no lets shaft them and give the cheap stock to our new mates and the shareholders with votes.
By any analysis the company will produce closer to $60 million revenue this year and a far greater profit that the $1.7 million hinted at in the poorly worded July 22 announcement. Read it, literacy and clarity are not a requirement skills for shareholder communication. Their entire engagement with shareholders leaves a lot to be desired...hopefully the new director will bring some much needed change. God knows they need it.
