    There were no "sycophants". Show a poster/post who recently - no, ever - commended the management of RCE?

    Its the pre-cash flow game. Capital raise, convertible notes, or a funding collaboration/partnership. RCE shareholders got the former alas.

    The (management) fools did a great job of not announcing it straight after the phase II results in the low $0.40's, but instead the low $0.30's.
