made a little calculation - this is how bloody good this offer is in my opinion:
For example, If you hold 20 million shares and take part in the entitlement offer, the calculations are as follows:
Cost to Purchase New Shares: You can buy 10 million new shares (1 new share for every 2 shares you hold) at $0.005 each, costing you $50,000.
Revenue from Selling Options: You'll receive 5 million Long Dated Options and 10 million Short Dated Options, totalling 15 million options.
ASSUMPTION: Let's say SP rises to 1.2 c - now both options will probably each be worth .5c.
Selling these at $0.005 each generates $75,000.
Profit: Selling the options leads to a profit of $25,000 after covering the $50,000 cost of acquiring new shares. This means by participating in the entitlement offer with 20 million shares and selling the received options, you effectively make a profit of $25,000!!!
Do your own research, speculative stuff.
