I think that's a premoney valuation.
The options monetary value is meaningless.
The long term options' main purpose is to reward shareholders in the event of an acquisition at a price above 3 cents.
The short term options are a signal to potential acquirers that there's a capital flow next year so waiting around might not achieve the aim of pressuring the company to accept softer terms.
