first of all the takers of the placements are very sticky investors, you won’t see any of their shares traded for a very long time is my opinion
secondly, if you have the share price rise to 1.5 cents let’s say either because we have one of those inflection points reached or there are some naughty pumpers out there, then those two options will be trading together at 1c or more
now in essence, you will have your outlay for the purchase of the capital rise 2 to 1 back if you sell your options now
