OSL remains highly speculative
The BOD knows this, more importantly their underwriters know this , and that is why they are throwing 2 lots of oppies to try and tempt/sweeten the deal.
They have assumed that most investors who were already shocked by the 1 for 1 last time are not going to be calling this "amazing" like yourself.
