Well, they have already raised 3.5: 1.5 placement and 2 million shortfall committed, so that's the minimum.
I think they might make the 5 million mark.
My only concern is that (unless they get the whole 7.1 indicating demand from somewhere) from today trading will be very subdued. Demand will have been definitely soaked up and anyone who was pitched the story and was interested will have come into the CR. Not sure where that new money would come from for a while anyway.
I think they should do a consolidation too.
