Well, if they managed to place all of it that way, it would be a very very good sign. There are many reasonable but unhappy people on this forum that would have said it was a lost cause in terms of raising more capital. Not only will they have successfully sold it to some new investors, but also those investors know they might be committing more funds next June.
Whether buyers come onto market afterwards is another story though.
