To all Austar Gold stakeholders I would like to congratulate you on this seminal moment in AUL history. I am fully supportive of this major transaction and am confident that 2020 will prove to be your year.

Two well maintained and functioning gold processing plants in two major gold provinces. Each with feeding gold mines and obviously at Woods Point that’s 3 working high grade mines with a very major regional tenement holding and an extraordinary exploration probability in historic mines.

A consolidating share price that will keep out of penny stock territory assuming positive cashflow from a stable and very high gold price will come into institutional investor radar. Supported by a deeply supportive long term shareholder base including major holder McNally soon to be joined by Gandel and Avoir.

Finally and most importantly a BoD of high caliber including McNally, Emery and Gill who I have known for long time each excellent in their fields and heavily invested.
