The proceeds from the Placement and EntitlementOfferare to be used for:
•Exploration programs at Sconi to seek to increase size of resource,(should have been done two years ago)
•Additional studies to support Sconi Project Financing process,(studies of WHAT!....BS)
•Expansion of senior leadership team,(clear the old LEADERSHIP TEAM first)
•Working capital and costs of offer(still paying BELL 400k?) Les $1600 per day
