I suspect the original CR price was a lot higher and the Board have been pressured as time has gone by and had to accept a lower bid. I still would love to know who the Fund is though. The Boards dislike of options was also a determining factor in lowering the price.
Don't forget there is a fair bit going on, so as much as I hate this, I am still hopeful, whilst being underwater !
