Be careful when interpreting the results of such tests. Bacteria in the urine isn't the same as having a UTI. A UTI is an infection of the urinary tract, not an infection of the urine.
If all that was required to treat a UTI was to remove the bacteria from the urine then voiding the bladder would be sufficient to treat the infection.
You have to be able to remove the bacteria from the infected tissue of the urinary tract's components like the bladder, kidneys, and even the prostate in some cases, to successfully treat a UTI.
Clearing bacteria from the urine doesn't mean that you can treat the cause of the bacteria being present in the urine in the first place. They are two very different things.
