How easy it is to doubt! Paranoia has no limits it seems. All it takes is someone to voice a vague doubt of drug efficacy or company competence or integrity and half the posters on here cr&p themselves. You think that all that drug present in the plasma does nothing? Then how does it manage to kill off the nasty ABR bugs in the DFI then? Is it the oxygen or sunlight that does that? How about the bugs in the sinus infection some while back?

How about living with the assumption that the medics running the trials are competent clinicians and know enough about how the drug works in living tissue, what to test to confirm that presupposition, how to design such testing regimes, and how to make good judgement calls on the results. Ditto with the ethics committee approvals. To presume otherwise is simply not reasonable.

All that safety data will result in moving to the Phase 2 extension efficacy trial in which the drug is given to actual UTI patients within this CalHY as has been previously announced. Doubters should read the announcements and trial progress data to reassure themselves. If you don't give any credence to the plausibility of that process and progress you should probably not be in this stock. Quit now before the failure you are sure is coming becomes impossible to hide!
