I think that is unlikely. This drug (IF it works) is curative, which means that once it's done its job, it isn't needed any more - that makes monetizing it difficult. Big pharma has little interest in these types of drugs for that reason - they far prefer something that you have to keep using regularly for the rest of your life.
So for a small company (and a cap of $100 mil in the pharmaceutical space is TINY), going it alone is going to be extremely difficult.
