Unsurprising that the shares moved up in trade on Friday 27 November following lifting of the trading halt.
Extracting cost savings and maximising synergies will be the key. Hopefully BGA margins may improve somewhat with this acquisition, although branded white milk (Pura) competes against lower priced supermarket house brands such as those offered by WOW, COL and MTS' IGAAustralia (the latter has a private label called Dairy Choice).
