For most of their products I have seen great reviews/commentary including their filtering services and their classroom management software. Their only negative product reviews— to my knowledge— are linked to their parental control software. The one you find on app stores. I was initially worried about this but then I looked at a couple of competitors and saw the same kind of ratings. The reason for this is because most of these reviews are primarily from dissatisfied children who are annoyed that the app is doing what is meant to do. These kids are not happy about the app working so well but I’m sure the parents are.

As evidenced in Family zone’s response here; the app doesn’t need to be a complete invasion of children’s freedoms but should encourage better communication between parents and children.
There are some concerns over some other technical issues but this or normal as it is difficult to perfect this kind of software. To my knowledge Family zone is spending money resources to make sure the product provides an even more user friendly and effective experience for parents and children alike. The software may have areas that can be improved in future; but the main point here is that it is a market leader and one of the best, if not the best option available on the market. Before family zone decided to postpone their previous telco/whole sale strategy, there was a solid reason large companies like Woolworths and Vodaphone were signing up to resell this software: it’s a superior product.
