You said 'MUN performed well when it initially listed but now seems to have lost the plot'. The only thing they did well was to tell us how much gold they WERE going to make and at what price. This is what drove the shareprice over a dollar. Since production commenced there has been nothing but problems - orebody modelling, process issues, finance....They were able to talk the talk but as yet have not been able to walk the walk (or even close to). The mining business is very tough for small players as Mundo are finding out. Its easy to talk things up from an office in Perth.....
They may yet turn things around and go on to be a 250k oz producer, in which case buying at these levels would give massive returns. But based on history you would say there is significantly more chance that Mundo will cease to exist in 12-24 months.
Very disappointing for shareholders......but all part of the fun of investing (or should I say punting) in gold juniors.
