goodaye Sally and Colada - just to confirm that there is only 1 New Option for every 2 New Shares.
I think that's important, because it represents half of the value of the new Option. ie one has to buy 2 New shares to get just 1 New Option.
so the "value" you mention is worth only 1.2c per New share in your example above.
but principal is the same I think.
