In the rights There is also 1 option free be with an exercise price of $0.03 with every 2 shares bought at .055 which tends to nullify the veracity of your statement
Maybe you were not totally aware of your surroundings on your previous rides ?
However I do think this slam down in the sp today seems overdone given the companies prospects , and such a small dilution from the placement .
