I agree that the MTJV to agree. GSR subject to a merger & focus is gold so both spin off the MTJV to a NEWCO or sell to GAL or their associates.

Retail have been hammered by incompetence at almost every turn. Directors need to be helď to account at the SGM and carefully consider this massive dilution.

Perhaps all of this is a catalyst for a bid to CNJ and GSR for the MTJV ... who knows ... our BOARD ... I am going to wait on a clarification of this pathetic after long lunch Friday communication (Shares to be issued, use of monies, GSR communications on MTJV).
