Anyway my main point is I believe the scoping study is complete and has approval of the regulatory bodies BUT is being withheld from the market.

Greenstone aspirations to merger with Horizon may be the key why the scoping study is not published and there may well be other deals under consideration not the least Mark Creasy in the mix. Who knows whats going on.
