Is management/director buyout a possible thought, then 50% of Mt Thirsty JV as we know it goes into a private company.
If this a plan by management we guys have better be prepared to band together and appose a compulsory share aquisition.
We need to think how to get together with our slightly over 10% shares on issue to block such a takeover.
