Reading through the prospectus it is interesting to note that interests of the directors in section 7.8-7.9.
To summarise:
DS - 36k pa
GLP - 48k pa
GS - 60k pa
DS + GS via their law firm - 10k + disbursements + GST to prepare the 32 page prospectus (I'm sure there are a few previous templates floating around to cut and paste from)
Princebrook Pty Ltd (GS + DS are shareholders) provide the office space for CNJ at 10k/month + GST.
GLP (shareholder in RMCF) - 3.5k/month + GST for providing corporate advisory and data and website management services - ?what does this mean
I guess the only guys winning are the directors ?
