Yes quite good for a CR, and good that the bulk of it is a rights issue to existing SH with a 2:1 attaching option, true price of the shares considering oppies probably closer to 7.5-8.0c. Great to see management giving the same offer to retail. Size is also excellent at $4.5m if the rights issue is fully taken up, plenty to get to April 2024 when the MMA shares come into play. Company runs on the smell of an oily rag so no worries there.
In any case, SP will most likely move quickly to 8.5c given its a rights issue (or possibly lower with oppies), which we make an excellent opportunity to enter
