It's money for jam if you have a network. I see the broker Stake is now running cap raises (they ran BPH's recent one, currently MWL is available on the app), so sophisticated investors can bid in the CR/IPO directly through the app. Surely cheaper than 6% fee plus options which amounts to minimum $270k in placement fees which adds up to a lot of 120m RC holes.
