    The issue with this credit raise is how its a big discount, adds a bunch of options and is very dilutive - asking for so much.

    Sure doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. Unless they are trying to get more shares on the cheap knowing the Saudi deal is insane - again kinda f*y.

    Anyway, thats the game you play with microcaps.
