I've learnt the hard way in other speccie stocks as well - if you make a big gain, just take a chunk off to lock it up. Unless you have insane conviction, way too much can go wrong.
Seen way too many ride stocks to 10 bags and end in the red, I'm not sure how much more someone wants at 10 bags, but you can definitely trim as you go and cut on the way down.
The hardest part in markets is selling!
