Another thing to keep in mind, both Vlad and PB both have significant skin in the game. This hurts them short term also and both been around long enough to know the implications and timing of this. I'm sure all this was weighed up before desicions were made and this was put in motion. Alot now riding on the PFS but I'm sure they have an inkling of what the outcome will be and if it's good news then all this will be by the by and a fantastic opportunity to top up.
