I struggle to see how anyone can find a positive in this.. to be forced to raise money at over 30% discount is pure desperation.. to be forced into matching that with free options one for one I'm just in disbelief I thought the company was much stronger than this..
this is going to hurt the company for a long time moving forward unfortunately everybody knows these investors simply buy the shares dump them on the market and keep the free options..

they have almost doubled the shares on issue including the options with this unnecessary capital raise raising just over four million losing the company over six million in value..

I really like the assets that we hold and the opportunity but this capital raised absolutely stinks in my opinion..
