For those that know how PB and the typical small mining companies operate, this isn't a surprise. Sorry you are going through this. We saw this over and over again at TNG (now TVN).
Pre-cap raise you get the usual news flow, with buzz words like "point end" to pump up the price, then raise at a significant discount. Those participating in the raise aren't interested in holding long term and so the dump happens soon thereafter.
