Looking at raise done pretty much late stage just weeks before PFS look like Saudi will buy vanadium but wont fund development get Victory bore mining phase. Saudi know they go a head build vanadium refinery source vanadium number of produces in future why limited to one company doesn't have risk developing mine. Knowing this even if PFS stake up PB and Vlad has problems of who going to fund development Victory Bore vanadium that why raised capital by some time in my view.
