With this many shares and options in existence(assuming full takeup), share price rises will be constrained as buyers will encounter significant liquidity when market movements affect sentiment.
I will not buy anymore shares under this new configuration as IMO it erodes existing shareholder value.
Additionally there is no announced trimming of the sails by the company in terms of wages and expenses so the company gives the appearance of feeling very entitled to high wages whilst exhibiting a narcissistic indifference to its shareholder base.
I would not expect sophisticated investors to take the bite here unless some significant progress on deals is announced that goes beyond spin.
