BPH seems to be a great opportunity in terms of R vs R. Imo
The location is extraordinary. If it came off in that location, it is what dreams are made of for east coast supply going forward.
The chances of the permits landing soon is high by all reports.
The need to hold this week to get access to the raise stock/options is compelling and gets more compelling the higher the price goes.
the need to hold into any permit announcement period is very high.
money to finance these endeavours has never been cheaper.
