There was talk about Seaclem being similar to the hydropetroleum subsalt fields off the east coast of Brazil in 2009... I think that Breeze let that go to his head and focused on the best return rather than the best bet.. Ie if Seaclem had the goods it was a bigger target than Baleen.. He banged all his eggs in the Seaclem basket and go punished for that.. Seems he is shifting some of the eggs into the Baleen basket now, regarding the latest capital raising..
His game play doesn't change..
