5 October 2010 they got NOPTA Approval
8 December 2010 they drilled PEP11 Drilling
That's not my opinion that is history and fact. Took 65 days in between.
If you think it will take longer this time that's your opinion bro and your'e allowed one.
But bBoth BPH and BUY said they plan to drill late 2020.

Where you say you don't see the heights of 2010. I do and higher.

BPH doesn't need to raise $20M for the well. It only needs to raise it's share. It can' do that once it's gone up to 10c or higher. Or bring in a big partner.
