kinda beg to differ sorry mate, quite often SP's will get down to the raise amount, even below, the big difference is that there isn't the equivalent amount of shares on market at that value, so if those shares were bought on market the price would be much much higher (aka, they're still way in front of us, we can't buy that number of shares on market at 1.1)
