Quick chart, NFA/imo only:
Trend wise it doesn't look good, no buy signal and a higher low isn't locked in yet. Need to go up and start breaking some of these downward trends. The charts show a continued downward most likely, and to wait for price to recover above.
Stochastic oversold again, indicates a rebound could occur but being oversold has been on repeat for a little while.
Bollinger, quite thin so volatility could occur at any stage, more likely downward than upward based on long term/short term negative trends.
Fundamentals, NST maintaining their position, dilution in progress to raise capital of around roughly 4m, Sept quarter expected to also be approx 800k expenditure, low market cap of 13m, will leave the mining stuff for more experienced punters.
High risk based on TA and cashflow, but for me presently a hold due to market cap and NST interest.
