Well it's only tranche 1 that will come on the market next week and the real question is how many convertible note holders were there and are they likely to sell? If the placement was really that scaled back and we've got a solid 1.5-2 months before the tranche 2 shares will come on the market and if some of those holders wanted to cash in then it's in their interest to purchase on market any bids not received in the placement which would push the price up/purchase prior to tranche 2 getting released.
Well it's only tranche 1 that will come on the market next week...
